Vineyard Advisory, Paso Robles

Our primary business at Vineyard Professional Services is to manage our clients’ vineyards as assets; ensuring the production of winegrapes meets their financial goals. With the variety and breadth of experience in vineyard management, VPS is able to help estate wineries and vineyards without need of full vineyard management understand and forecast their costs. Using budgets and models developed internally, VPS can integrate enterprise-level budgeting and financial tools into a variety of accounting software systems.

In addition to financial investigations, VPS is frequently contracted to conduct due diligence requirements on vineyard acquisitions. VPS maintains strict professionalism, discretion and confidentiality on these sensitive projects and in just the most recent year has worked on six transactions (including three winery estates) totaling $100 million in value. The vineyard analysis is often supplemented with outside expertise, including appraisers, real estate brokers, and financial institutions specializing in vineyard properties.

Jenny Heinzen Real Estate, a division of VPS, specializes in representing clients in the acquisition and sale of wineries and vineyards on the Central Coast. With her extraordinary knowledge and experience we are honored to have Jenny as a member of our VPS team.  www.jennyheinzen.com
